The Hertfordshire Podcast Studio is committed to making our website and services accessible and easy to use for as many people as possible.

We want everyone to be able to find information about our studio, enquire about our services and make bookings, regardless of their individual access needs.

Accessibility of our website

We aim to make our website, thehertfordshirepodcaststudio.co.uk, accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard.

We aim to ensure that our website:

  • Can be navigated using a keyboard where possible

  • Uses clear and easy-to-understand language

  • Uses appropriate headings and page structure

  • Provides alternative text for relevant images

  • Has sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds

  • Can be enlarged using standard browser controls

  • Provides accessible forms and booking functionality

 

Our website is hosted using Wix, and some features, including our online booking system, may be provided through Wix or other third-party services. While we work to ensure these services are accessible, we cannot always control the accessibility of third-party functionality.

Accessibility of our studio

We also want the physical studio experience to be as accessible as reasonably possible.

If you have specific access requirements, please contact us before your visit. We are happy to discuss your requirements and, where reasonably possible, make arrangements to help you use the studio comfortably and safely.

We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our website and services.

At present, we are not aware of any significant accessibility issues that prevent users from accessing our core website information or contacting us. However, we recognise that automated accessibility testing cannot identify every possible issue, and some third-party features may have limitations.
